The Water Cycle!
The three main parts in the water cycle are evaporation which is when the sun heats up the water
and it turns into vapor or steam and rises into the sky. Condensation is when the water vapor or steam
forms clouds when it cools down. Precipitation is when the clouds get too heavy and it makes them rain, snow, hail, or sleet. There are other things in the water cycle, one is runoff. Runoff is when the water trails off from somewhere and it goes into a lake, pond, ocean, or river. Another part is Ground water. Groundwater is when it rains, snows, hails, or sleets and soaks under the ground and it could get trapped there for a long time. Animals are also part of the water cycle. They drink water and it stays inside of them for a while until they use the bathroom. When water gets frozen in the water cycle it is called a glacier. Plants are a big part of the water cycle also, because when the water is in the ground the plants soak up the water in the ground and it evaporates through their leaves which is called transporation.

Fresh waterMostly The United States uses the most fresh water because we have more clean water and less polluted water than other countries. Asia has a lot of a polluted water so they don't get a lot of fresh water. Our clean water is fresh and cleans so we don't get any diseases. Polluted water can give you diseases that are very painful. They also clean the water with chemicals so we can have fresh water to drink.
Over 70% of Earth is covered by water. 97.5% of the water on Earth is salt water. There is only 2.7% of fresh water on Earth. Most of the salt water is in the ocean. The Country that uses the most fresh water is America. The water that is fresh is mostly ice or groundwater.
